Villa in Pääsküla – a complete home solution for a modern family of five

This three-storey home in Nõmme, nestled among green pine trees, is home to a family of five, with adult children and guests visiting from time to time. Originally partially built around the turn of the millennium, the house has had a rather turbulent history. The new owners decided to transform it into their new home in Estonia. The interior architecture was developed as a holistic solution, completed under full author supervision.
Balteco products featured in this project include the Leon R Xonyx™ solid surface bathtub and the Trapez basin. Today we recommend the new Neo R basin instead, as the Trapez model is being phased out.
